Use hot tub components for that leak repair from HD or Lowes.
  2. WEIGH YOUR COACH. Four , or Six corner weight is the best, but single axle weights will be OK too. Fuel and water full. Black and grey tanks empty with your stuff on board. CAT scales at many truck stops. Tell the clerk you want to weigh a coach. There is an intercom at the scale so you can communicate with the clerk. There will be 3 platforms for3 axles. Steer axle on the first, Drive on the second, and if applicable, Tag on the third. Keep the ENGINE Running, so you stay at Ride Height.Get the print out from the clerk. IF you have a tag axle, you may have to adjust your DOWN pressure to move weight as needed, and after adjusting your down pressure on the tag, REWEIGH the coach. Now go to YOUR tire Mfg. inflation charts for the correct COLD inflation.
  3. Talked to the Original owner of a 2009 Executive the other day. He has a ISX 650 with 102K miles on it. Never had a issue. Not a full timer. Yah just never know. AND he does NOT have the Kongsburg Chassis Multiplex. Must be one of the very last ones around. I know of another Executive like that.
  4. 50/50 % of ATS and Acetone is the best penetrating agent i have ever used. Use https://boeshield.com/products/?gclid=Cj0KCQjw_5unBhCMARIsACZyzS1fNHOZY8Q1NCcDQ7aERFZyZQmDjgtkxmpJkfM1BUlwvw-2haJEvaAaAinEEALw_wcB and you will experience flawless performance . GREAT for the steps too.
  5. sourcerv.com would be the only source i would consider. You buy the BEST or PICK from the REST!!
  6. Thanks. I have no interest in taking a 150-180K$ gamble. More unkowns than knowns.

Where are you located? We had a Fisher Paykel Dishwasher 10 years full timing. Flawless.
  8. You couldn't give me a coach with A Konsburg CHASSIS MULTIPLEX SYSTEM .
  9. We installed drawer slides on all the shelves in our 07 Executive. Just another way to access all the space they provide. The shelves in the galley area were stationary. We were full timers and had no issues with items tipping in the galley pantry shelves. My wife is 5'-2", she loved it.
  10. Ppl are now getting 150-200$ a tire. Take a look at Kumho.
  11. "Tags are typically 20K drive (4 tires) and 10K tag (2 tires)" That is a little confusing. "Tags are typically 10K, {2 tires}, 20K drive {4 tires}" may be what you intended to type.
  12. Almost all, if not all, furniture of the type you are considering comes apart. The Mfg. will provide instructions to do it.
  13. Happy Camper will kill them. Fill the tank with water, triple dose of it. Let sit 1 day. Drain. Back Flush if possible. Repeat.
  14. Here is another location option. https://www.bluemoonrv.com/
  15. Thanks Tim. How much did they cut off of the top of the top flange ? How is that sealed? How does the top flap get over the top of the existing vertical flange, as it seals against the side wall of the coach?
  16. Did you look at the Aladdin and see the load on L-1 and L-2 ?
  17. Would you please post some photos of the true toppers installed on your coach. I am curious, how the top flange was removed and the construction of that NEW edge. Thank you
  18. Some ppl have used the Fridge roof vent to run "stuff" up/down to/from the roof.
  19. What is DOT / SAE What does SAE/DOT approved mean? Why it is so important? By law, all headlights and tail lights must be DOT approved to be legal for use on all roads and highways in all 50 states of United States. Head or tail lights without DOT approval are intend for off road use only, and are not legal for use on all US roads and highways. So all DOT approved headlights and tail lights will stamp the word “DOT” on the lights to show law officers that they are street legal and complied with the transportation law. DOT stands for Department of Transportation. It is the federal agency that set standards for car lightings. In order for head or tail light to be DOT approved, the product must meet strict regulations, standards, specifications and tests. It is to ensure the product is safe to use in public, serve its purposes and provide adequate illumination. SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) is a world wide organization that sets automotive standards for the manufacturing, testing and design of car lightings. To be SAE approved, all headlights and tail lights must past certain standards, test procedures and material test; set by SAE to guide the quality of the product. Note: SAE approved headlights and tail lights are not street legal in US, until they are approved by DOT. In short, SAE guide the quality of the product, and DOT test the product to make sure it is fully complied with transportation law and approve for use in all US roads and highways.
  20. The Brass bushing has been the issue many times. That's it's function. A wear item by design. Ace hardware sells them. Or used too.
