  1. AS Jim J has suggested, consider contacting one or all listed ; RV Parts & Salvage Yards https://bontragers.com www.rvdoctorgeorge.com https://colawrvsalvage.com/, https://www.veurinksrv.com/ https://www.rvyard.com/ findmyrvparts.com rvparts.visonerv.com anyrvparts.com finditparts.com
  2. Congradulations Jim. I have helped 3 friends Sell, or locate, inspect, and aquire Newell coaches in the past year. An intersting product, with an incredible owner group. You will be pleased with your decision and the product performance.

  4. Please consider weighing the coach After you have the new tires mounted. You may want to use this as a guide to do that. Weigh the coach. Four , or Six corner weight is the best, but single axle weights will be OK too. Fuel and water full. Black and grey tanks empty with your stuff on board. CAT scales at many truck stops. Tell the clerk you want to weigh a coach. There is an intercom at the scale so you can communicate with the clerk. There will be 3 platforms for 3 axles. Steer axle on the first, Drive on the second, and if applicable, Tag on the third. Get the print out from the clerk. IF you have a tag axle, you may have to adjust your DOWN pressure to move weight as needed, and after adjusting your down pressure on the tag, REWEIGH the coach. Now go to YOUR tire Mfg. inflation charts for the correct COLD inflation. Tire Inflation Tables rvsafety.com Kuhmo tires have been OEM on Mercedes trucks since 2013. Seeing more of them on coaches in the Midwest.
  5. Do you have the cable type "chains" for the coach?

  7. Tim; I Sold the coach in 2014. I do not have any pictures. I simply followed the existing path of the ducting from the Air Cleaner to the inlet on the upper, roadside corner of the engine compartment. https://www.intakehoses.com/ was very helpful on the PHONE. I used a straight rubber fitting at the inlet end of the air cleaner, next a lenght of aluminum tubing, then a 90 degre rubber elbow, then another piece of aluminum tubing up to the coach inlet. Appropriate clamps were also purchased from intake hoses. This was back in 2011, and a few guys used stove pipe fittings and stove pipe to accomplish the same thing. I choose the material i used . Good luck with your project.
  8. I had a 525 ISX in a 07 Executive i did the following changes to the intake and exhaust components. I replaced the OEM air cleaner with one from AFE, which had a washable filter element and more CFM capacity, same micron spec. Next i replaced ALL the pleated intake hose with rubber fittings and aluminum tubing from intakehoses.com. That's what truckers use. Got rid of all the air friction in the intake. Next was a resonator to replace the muffler from dynaflexproducts.com. Largest MFG. of class 8 truck exhaust components in the U S A. Did not like that so i went straight pipe. . Here is a picture of the results on a screen shot of my Aladdin system. Performance was great and my average CRUISING MPG went up. I cruised at 1350-1400 RPM, 61-62 MPH. THIS trip was turned ON when i got on the Exway entrance ramp, and turned OFF when in exited the Exway.
  9. Roger Berke, a Expert on Aqua Hot, and Hydro Hot; http://www.rvhydronicheaterrepair.com/ sells zone circulation check valves with silicon seats for the ball to sit on. Makes sense.
  10. I would replace it when and where on your terms.
  11. Tinner Rivets work well. Did mine twice using them. Lasted 2-3 Years full timing.

    Big baddy

Put a thin coat of vasaline on the door seals. It really helps.
  13. I googled; rv step cover gear. Try this; https://support.lci1.com/power-gear-step-well-covers
  14. Mine was in the cabinet above the Co pilot.
  15. Any grease clay based, which most are now. Important for brake slack adjusters, and u joints too.
  16. This contact at HWH has helped many. Email works best. Ashley Burkle.
  17. I think Chargerman is correct. Had those on our 07 Executive. Looked up balance Masters; Balance Masters® Continuous Active Balancing System works by centrifugal force which precisely positions the liquid Mercury in counter-weight positions. This technology eliminates the lumping effects caused by shot filled hub mounted and tire fluid products.
  18. X2 on what Bill B2 comments are. We used one 10 years full timing. Impeller replacement is the only thing i did . Just as the black tank gets to empty, i would open the grey tank valve, equalizing the grey and black tank would occur, and the macerator would continue to run, i would back flush the black tank, eventually all was empty and clean. Dennis, a member on this site, who i have not seen a post from for some time, had an interesting occurance with his Macerator. Poor performance caused him to check the voltage at the barttery, then the macerator on / off switch, then the macerator. Huge drop in voltage. Monaco used too small of a power wire, for the distance and power required. He ran a new, "direct" power wire , and he said it performed like never before.
  19. Thank you. No. We bought at Walmart. Kept track of the Brandy quality though
  20. We used urinal pucks 10 years full timing. Never had a rodent problem. Just penetrate the wrapper with a pointed object, and distribute in the basement. They will last 6-8 months.
  21. IF appropriate, i would contact the Mfg. of the coach, and ask who is/was the Warranty service Rv entity for that product. Hire a tech, and pay the tech for an inspection. better eyes, and easier to communicate with. I have been hearing about numerous terrible inspections by certified inspectors from nvia.com Just my 3 cents worth. I have an excellent Rv Buy/Sell Checklist i can email to anyone . Send me your email address if you want it @ ackermanenter@aol.com God luck with your decision and the purchase process.
  22. I don't know. Have you considered re booting the HWH system? Or, getting a manual from thier site for your system. Being 17-18 years old, a visit to HWH in Moscow, Iowa would be an excellent investment in the positive pleasure of enjoying your coach. Several owners on other sites i am on have done that. ZERO issues since doing that. Sooner than later those components will no longer be available. I was told that by a gal in service at HWH last month.
  23. Return it and buy one with silver contacts. Well worth the additional $$$. Lasts much longer .
  24. You may have missed my prior post. Maybe one of these suppliers can help you. Here are a few sources. http://www.dieselequipment.com http://rometruckparts.com/ http://www.amequipment.com/ https://www.wiperparts.com https://midwestbusparts.com/index.php?main_page
