I would start by unplugging the cable on the back of the keypad and back in… might fix and easy enough to do. Next step is to turn the 12V power off to the multiplex system which will re-boot the system…same as your computer as this system is computer controlled. Thank you we will try The switch angle but I’m not seeing any reference to window awnings nor does any indicator light light up in the rear panel area when I activate other awnings which are working just fine.
