Jdw12345
Maybe from the windshield seal……
Rodger
The foam in the awning is a typical source, as you must already be aware since you have done that. Did you run it the full length?
bradc344
I thought that but I just had the windshield replaced and it does it with the new windshield also same speed same noise level thanks
Joel & Susanna
Indeed I had the same noise but we filled the awning supports over the door completely and the whistle went bye bye!

Paul J A
Use 12" strips of duct tape and place around the edge of the windshield and the leading edge of the coach entrance door. Remove 1 at a time and you will find the wind noise location. Clearance lights are a known problem too.
Tom Whitlow
I believe there's a small hole/crack in the pressurized door seal on our coach. Lazydays (Tampa) is supposed to fix it. If I EVER get it back from them, I'll know more.
Joel & Susanna
Lol, I went to Lowe’s and bought foam insulation for water pipes, shoved it in !
DrDon4u
Get some water hose or some kind of hose, put one end by your ear, walk around near the noise and see if it gets loader until you find where it's coming from.

I’ve heard many say they gave good service. However, I’ve never used them so I have no experience with them. I live in Orlando so they’re too far away. There's not a lot of places that work on things like slideouts and major electrical problems. Lazydays is actually in Seffner right off I-4. Where do you take your coach for big repairs? Guest Ray Davis
My 03 Windsor had foam inside the arms for the door awning, but I never thought about why until one day a noise started that caused me to look toward the right mirror where I saw the foam blow away. At about 60 mph the noise, really an unbearable howl, just about ran us crazy before I stopped and bought some pipe foam and stuffed it in the awning arm. Peace at last, the noise was gone. Indeed the howl was pretty loud but it certainly worked as a speed warning! Cheap fix.
