ktloah
ok, when have an 04 Dynasty, with the aquahot 100-2S system. Everything works as it should but blows cold air in bathroom. I know from reading that it probably could be a stuck valve. Anybody ever have this problem? Thanks....
Ivan K
You are right about the stuck valve being a first suspect. Not an unusual problem. Feel if the corresponding outlet feels cool compared to others and smack it with a screwdriver handle or some other not-too-violent way. Hopefully that works and you won't even have to open the box to troubleshoot further. This pic might help, your check valve should be accessible above the box cover. Paul J A
Roger Berke Aqua-Hot Parts - https://www.parts.rvhydronicheaterrepair.com/main.sc Roger sells the valves with a silicon seat. No more sticking.

96 EVO
Ah, from Ivan's pic I see you guys have a separate loop for bathroom heat exchangers. My bathroom and bedroom are the same zone.
MHRookie
The service manual explains troubleshooting the pumps very well. If you tap the valve and it don't work, take cover off and check wiring on both sides of the second relay (three are stacked). I found wiring loose and that fixed it. Good luck
