Lose power to micro, fridge, tv, and plug-in brief second

Plugged into 50 amp service.  @ ever 3-4 hours I hear a faint click somewhere close to the circuit breakers. And lose the power to all above mentioned.  Everything's blinks off then right back on.  The A/C are not affected. 

I also started losing the genny on the last leg of this trip with a secondary code of 38.  The genny would shut down, but start right back up.  I'm not sure if these 2 issues are one in the same, but kinda feels like it is...

I have tried turning off some of the non essentials circuit breakers, but dosnt stop the power loss.

Any help would be welcomed! Not sure what else to try.
