Cabinet latches

I just bought some last month on Amazon.  Try entering RV Grabber Catches. My Motorhome uses these for cabinet and drawer latches.

Thanks everyone for your responses to my question. This subject really got a lot of interest. My search of Amazon must not have been successful because I did not include “RV” in the search terms. Who would have thunk.

This may appear to be sacrilege, but I have replaced a couple grabber latches with ones off the shelf at Home Depot, and I've had no issues with those latches yet. I like the suggestion of using petroleum jelly on them. I might try that.

I’ve used the magnetic type latch to replace one of the originals. The problem I have is getting both pieces, the magnet holder and the contact plate, positioned. I’m sure there is a technique/trick to do this. The ones with adhesive might solve the problem. I’ll do a YouTube search for instructions.
